Domestic Tank Building Enterprises Exhibit at ARMY-2020

ARMY-2020 Forum will host a unique exhibition site of domestic tank building enterprises, the Russian Ministry of Defence has announced.

Guests of the International Military-Technical Forum will have the opportunity to view how domestic armoured vehicles evolved over 100 years.

The exhibition dedicated to the centennial of Russian tank building will feature officially patented samples of historical and modern armoured vehicles.

Significantly, the exposition will include almost all tanks produced over the past one-hundred years. Museum Funds of the Russian Ministry of Defence will provide the exhibition with:

  • Medium tanks: T-24, T-34-85, T-44, T-54, T-55, T-62.
  • Heavy tanks IS-2, IS-3, T-10M.
  • Amphibious tank PT-76.
  • A range of main battle tanks of different years: T-64, T-72B3M, T-80BVM will be presented.

Furthermore, industrial enterprises plan to supplement the exposition with rare samples of:

  • T-20, T-26, T-30, T-38, T-60, T-70 tanks.
  • Samples of armoured vehicles BA-10, BA-64
  • Modern armoured vehicles: T-90M and T-14 Armata.

By the same token, guests and participants of the forum will be able to familiarise themselves with samples of design, technical documentation, photographs, and wartime banners.

The event's titled "The Military-Industrial Complex 2030. Practical Forecasting as a Tool for Modern Development of Industry, Legislation, & Management."

The roundtable event is on 25 August 2020 as part of the forum's business programme. Mainly, participants will discuss the military-industrial complex of Russia.
