The Russian Ministry of Defence has announced in its daily bulletin that more than 1,500 army servicemen have contracted the novel coronavirus.
The total of recorded cases among the servicemen of the Russian army are 1520. 3 of them are in serious condition, 6 in a moderate condition, and the rest are asymptomatic.
As for cadets and students of MoD's higher education facilities, 623 cases have been reported to date. There were also cases reported among civilian personnel, 378. Cases that texted positive among cadets, students, and civilians are separate from the total number of army servicemen.
The total number of COVID-19 cases in Russia has reached 370,680 recorded cases.
