Shvabe & Global Energy Corporation Sign Cooperation Agreement

Shvabe Holding of the Rostec State Corporation and Global Energy Corporation signed a cooperation agreement during a meeting held at the Astana International Financial Center in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the press service of ROSTEC, the agreement is aimed at developing international technological cooperation with the CIS countries, the Middle East, and Africa. The parties will be engaged in promoting the holding's civilian products to foreign markets, as well as creating joint ventures for the subsequent localisation of production in the Russian Federation and in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The agreement was signed by Sergey Dmitrochenko, Deputy General Director of Shvabe for Sales Development, Marketing and Service Support of Civilian Products, and Yerkanat Temirkhanov, Chief Executive Officer of Global Energy Corporation.

“We hope that this agreement will strengthen the export potential of the Holding and strengthen its position in foreign markets. Further cooperation is already planned in a number of areas, including the implementation of complex projects on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the transfer of technologies to combine the scientific and technical potential of companies, ”said Sergei Dmitrochenko.

The main areas of joint activities will be medicine, smart city and artificial intelligence technologies, lighting engineering, and others.
