Indo Defence 2021 Expo & Forum which was supposed to take place 7-10 April 2021 has been canceled. Organizers of the event said that the decision had to be made in light of the risk imposed by the spread of COVID-19.

"Following the current situation of pandemic and further considerations on the impact of COVID-19, The Ministry of Defence of the Republic Indonesia as the host and PT Napindo Media Ashatama as the orginiser had to take the decision to cancel the 09th edition of INDO DEFENCE, INDO AEROSPACE, and INDO MARONE 2021 EXPO & FORUM which was schedulled on 7-10 April 2021 to 2-5 November 2022," said the Director General of Defence Potential, Major General Dadang Hendayudha.
In the cancellation announcement, the organisers said that the decision was made to avoid any potential health risks for participants. This is the second time the show has been put off over COVID-19 concerns.
The exhibition will be held in Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) Kemayoran, Jakarta - Indonesia.
