A planning conference was held at the Pacific Fleet officers' house, where officers of the combat training Department, the international military cooperation Department of the Pacific Fleet, and an Indonesian delegation led by captain of the 1 rank Sigit Santos discussed the preparations for the first Russian-Indonesian naval exercise "Orruda-2020".
The parties have previously agreed on the location, timing and composition of participants of the upcoming exercise.
The visit of the working group of officers of the naval forces of the Republic of Indonesia to Vladivostok began on March 10. For guests from Indonesia, a cultural program was organized, during which they visited the Museum of the Pacific Fleet, the submarine-Museum "S-56", visited the historical places of Vladivostok.
