The Russian Ministry of Defence said that representatives of the troops will take part in a scientific and business programme, in a static exhibition, and a demonstration programme of weapons and military special equipment of the troops.
In its statement, the Ministry added that the scientific and business programme will include round tables on a variety of issues related to the development weapons and equipment of RCB for the protection of troops and the population of the Russian Federation.
The demonstration programme provides for the showing of the capabilities of the special equipment of the troops (the TOS-1A heavy flamethrower system, the TDA-3 smoke machine), as well as the actions of the flamethrower unit with the execution of firing from RPO-A infantry rocket flamethrowers.
The ARMY-2021 Forum will be held simultaneously with the International Army Games. In this regard, the Directorate of the Chief of the NBC Defense Troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will prepare a site for the fan club of the "Safe Environment" competition, which will also showcase modern samples of weapons and equipment used by Russian NBC Protection Troops.
