The Russian Ministry of Defence has announced today on its website that this year Land Forces will be supplied with more than 1,500 pieces of new military equipment.
As part of the state defence order, the units will be equipped with high-security armoured vehicles of Typhoon and Tornado types. Also, the Land Forces will receive modern nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) reconnaissance vehicles RHM-6 and RHM-8.
Reconnaissance units will be equipped with armoured vehicles "Tiger-M" with the combat module with remote control "Arbalet-DM", portable radar "Aistenok", and "Fara-VR." All samples of equipment have successfully proven suitable for various climatic zones.
