Russia's largest helicopter exhibition "HeliRussia 2020" has been postponed to Autumn 2020 due to the Coronavirus, event organisers said. Additional information on changing the deadlines for submitting forms and the new programme are to be posted on the website later.
The exhibition was planned to take place on 21-23 May 2020 in Moscow. The International Helicopter Industry Exhibition HeliRussia is the only international expo in Russia where companies from Russia and other countries present world achievements in every helicopter industry segment, from design and manufacture to operation.
By early March, the exhibition organisers had announced that more than 70% of the planned exhibition space was already booked by the participating companies. This year companies from Belarus, Germany, France, Sweden, USA, Finland, Belgium, the UK, Spain, Canada, Switzerland, Lithuania, and Czechia were to be present at the exhibition which was expected to be held next month.
HeliRussia 2019 was attended by 234 companies, 49 of them foreign from 20 countries worldwide making it the largest helicopter expo in Europe and North Asia.
